Medieval market

This painting depicting a 15 century market scene in southern Germany:

1. The scene is set under a large white tent or canopy, with a dark blue background suggesting the stormy sky of southern Germany.
2. The tent is supported by a central pole and has decorative elements, including two besom brooms at the top corners symbolizes fortune and protection .
3. There are several figures in the scene, dressed in colorful medieval-style clothing. They are merchants, customers, or workers at the market.
4. The scene is divided into three main areas:
   • Upper area: Two tables on either side with figures behind them, selling goods.
   • Middle area: A central figure standing on what looks like a small platform washing fruits.
   • Lower area: Two merchants on the ground, sorting through goods in baskets and sacks with their walking stick nearby.
5. The artwork has a stylized, somewhat naive quality reminiscent of medieval manuscript illustrations.
6. The image is framed with a decorative border, giving it the appearance of a page from an illuminated manuscript.
7. The perspective is flattened, typical of medieval art styles, with less emphasis on depth and more on presenting all elements clearly.
   The painting is signed by my acronym with two ancient Hebrew letters A and R
